- A large access door with a lock in front.

The dormitory is equipped:

- Two side vents with sliding shutters.

For egg collection, the nesting box is accessible through a tilting roof

The roof is made of wooden panels. These are covered with a green tarred and gravelled canvas "shingle type", with slats and a finishing ridge
