Mastrad® Mandolin

Supplied with 4 interchangeable blades for slicing, preparing sticks and chips (9mm), making julienne and tagliatelle vegetables. 3 graters with 1 mm, 3.5 mm or 6 mm diameter holes to grate your vegetables, cheese or chocolate

The blades are easily clipped onto the base and are thus locked for safe cutting.
A knob allows you to adjust the cutting thickness between 3 mm and 7 mm.
Foldable and non-slip feet

This mandolin can be used on legs or flat on a bowl (with folded legs).
