- to stretch the dough: ideal for Italian pasta, lasagne, pizza dough, quiches...
- to cut the dough for 1.5 mm square spaghetti.
- to cut the dough for tagliatelle and noodles of 6,5x1,5 mm.

The rolls of the rolling mill are 15 cm wide.

Supplied with a hand vice to fix the machine firmly to a table, a hand crank for manual use, detailed instructions for use and the recipe for preparing the dough
