Just like in a bread oven, all you have to do is place the dough in the mould and place it in the oven.

Thanks to the material used, ceramics, this bell has the same properties as a traditional brick oven.

Thanks to the shape of the bell: its dome recreates the same curve as that of traditional bread ovens.
The bell allows the bread to be stored for longer.
It can also be used during preparation to make the dough rise more easily.
Its grooved surface allows the bread to be lifted off very easily.
