Its wide and powerful adjustable flame allows, in one quick pass on each side, to eliminate the plucking residues without heating the flesh or melting the fat and thus preserve your game and poultry intact. Its power allows you to ''flame'' a large number of poultry and game very quickly. 60mm diameter bell burner with side air intakes for a controlled flame. Adjustable gas flow by knob + activation and dosage handle (when the handle is released, the burner remains on standby, minimum flame). Can be connected to the different gas cylinders on the market using a regulator not supplied.
