The perfect tool for soaking poultry before plucking. These stainless steel tanks are equipped with thermostats to bring the water to the required temperature. Two models are available, the largest (diameter 50) being equipped with a system allowing the water to be stirred for a better penetration of the water into the feathers. This system also allows the recovery of the birds without the risk of being burned by the hot water.
