- Design materials: enameled steel. This is suitable for direct cooking on the plates and allows very easy cleaning. Enamelled steel is suitable for all types of fires, even induction, and is light and resistant. Enamelled steel is recyclable.

- Its handles: the mussel pot has 4 identical handles, 2 on the pot and 2 on the lid, this allows to hold and carry the pot or the lid well.  The lid of the mussel bowl with stainless steel rim also serves as a receptacle for empty mussel shells.
