Golden Gourmet Shallot 500g bag : Golden Gourmet Shallot : Resistant variety, good yield, its taste is very fine and very fragrant. Well adapted for winter storage.
Plantation from February to April, buried at about 3 cm depth every 15-20 cm, in rows spaced at about 30 to 40cm.
Exposure zone: Sunny.

Each bulb gives rise to 3 or 4 shallots of the same size as the bulb of origin.
Period of harvest: in July - August.
Green harvest: tear off the plant as soon as the bulb is formed and consume bulbs and leaves. Dry harvesting: tear off the plant when the leaves are 2/3 dry and leave the bulbs to dry in the sun for a few days, then store them in a dry, airy place.
