The plucking is done in record time while combining comfort and simplicity. Its operation is simple. The feathers are extracted by a set of 7 stainless steel discs. They are then sucked into a burlap bag. This dry feathering machine is equipped with two motors: a 0.33 hp motor for feathering and a 0.5 hp motor for aspiration. The direct drive suction ensures that the feather duct is not clogged during intensive plucking sessions, especially if the feathers are slightly damp.
