Linen rabbit purse (1.20m)

Traditional 1.20m linen rabbit purse with two fastening pegs. 

The pegs are made of recycled plastic. The sliding cord allows automatic closing.

Natural linen does not injure the animal.

Rabbit pouches are particularly effective for removing surplus rabbits from the wild and relocating them to areas with declining populations. 

Simply place a rabbit pouch at each exit from the rabbit warren, with the stake firmly planted in the ground and the net extended across the burrow mouth.

Introduce a ferret into the rabbit warren to flush out the rabbits. 

Then simply retrieve the rabbits from the pouches that have closed over them as they leave the burrow.

To minimize stress on the rabbits, remember to transport them in the dark.
